We offer domestic and international delivery to the countries listed at checkout. Availability of shipping destinations may vary, and delivery options for each country will be displayed during the checkout process. To ensure accurate pricing and eligibility for delivery, please select your preferred currency at the bottom of the Website.

Orders are shipped from Poland via trusted international carriers. Delivery is available only to countries where local regulations permit the import of our Products from the European Union.

Before confirming your order, you will be informed of the available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and the total delivery cost according to your selected method.

Please note: the total amount shown at checkout is final. We guarantee that no additional customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees will be charged upon delivery. For further details, please refer to the section Taxes & Duties.

We offer worldwide DHL shipping free of charge.

We reserve the right to update or adjust shipping rates, but any applicable charges will always be displayed prior to completing your purchase.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), subject to product availability. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your selected shipping method and destination. Please refer to the delivery table at the top of this section for a detailed overview of estimated transit times by country. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. Delivery times displayed on the Website are approximate and may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.

In any case, we will deliver the goods to you no later than 30 days from the date on which we accept your order (for pre-ordered Products, please see the Pre-Order section in Terms of Service). We are not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including local import procedures. If we become aware of a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize its impact.

Please ensure that the billing and shipping address details provided at checkout are accurate, as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been processed. You are responsible for any inaccurate or incomplete information submitted with your order.

Upon receiving your parcel, we recommend inspecting the packaging for any visible damage or tampering. If you notice any issues, please ask the courier to record this on their delivery note and contact our Customer Service immediately.

Our delivery partners may deliver parcels without requiring a signature. By completing your purchase, you agree that the courier may leave your parcel at the shipping address you provided, and that the order will be considered delivered once confirmed by the carrier’s tracking system. Responsibility for the Products passes to you at that point.

Taxes & Duties

All Products are made in Poland and shipped from Poland (European Union). Depending on the destination country, import duties, customs charges and local taxes may apply under the laws of that country.

We ship all orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all applicable duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees are covered by us and included in the final price displayed at checkout.

The amount you pay at checkout is the total and final amount payable for your order. You will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.

All taxes and duties are settled by us in accordance with the regulations applicable in the destination country.
