Right of Withdrawal – Returns Back to top ↑
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your Product within 14 days from the date of delivery — that is, from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the Product or, in the case of multiple items in one order, the last item delivered.

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@contourose.com and provide your order number. You will receive further instructions regarding the return procedure.
All returns are subject to a flat return handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund as follows:
- Poland (domestic): PLN 15
- European Union: €15
- Rest of the world: $35

We do not accept direct exchanges — if you wish to change the size, color or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Condition of Returned Products and Exchanges Back to top ↑
Returned Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and sent back in their original packaging, with all Contourose tags and accessories included.
Defective or Incorrect Products Back to top ↑
All Products are covered by the statutory legal 24 months guarantee for lack of conformity under applicable EU law. If you receive a defective or incorrect Product, please contact us promptly at returns@contourose.com for further instructions.
Once the claim is verified as justified, you will be entitled to either a replacement or a full refund, and no handling fee will be charged.
Please note that every Product is carefully inspected by us before dispatch.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund the total amount paid at checkout for the returned Product(s), including VAT and, where required by applicable law, the cost of the least expensive delivery option available at the time of purchase.
All returns (except in the case of defective or incorrect Products) are subject to a flat DHL return fee, which will be deducted from your refund:
- Poland (domestic): PLN 15
- European Union: €15
- Rest of world: $35

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund using the same payment method as your original purchase (unless you expressly agree to an alternative that does not involve additional cost).
Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days from receipt of the returned Products, but in some cases this may take up to 14 days.
After the refund is issued, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned Products have been received and verified.
Condition and Value Reduction Back to top ↑
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the Products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Returns of altered, incomplete, used, washed or damaged items will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
