- Enjoy free worldwide shipping on all orders with DHL Express.
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Europe (Poland, Warsaw) within 24 hours of purchase.
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central European Time are shipped the same day; orders placed after this time are dispatched the next business day.

Easy Returns
- You have 14 days from delivery to return your Contourose piece.
- To make a return, log in to your account and request a return for the relevant order — a DHL Express return label will be generated for you. Alternatively, contact us at returns@contourose.com.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- All returns are subject to a flat DHL Express handling fee of €15 / $15 / £15 / PLN15, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Please note, we do not offer exchanges.

of Contour — reflecting precision, individuality,
and the art of self-definition — with Rose, the
founder’s middle name, symbolizing timeless
beauty and strength.
Together, they express a new contour of femininity

and feels comfortable in her own skin.
The brand’s emblem originates from the first
initial of its name. It takes an organic form —
